First of all what was a very positive surprise is the dedication of ALL employees to help an please us during our stay in the Sunrise Hotel in Port Ghalib. The all over quality experience for us is a reason to come back, what we never do! The enthusiasm and very friendly approach and service of the guests is perfect. This is also a big compliment for the management, because they give the right guidance and show the right leadership which gives this very positive result. The difficulty is always to keep this during the years in the same way that's a real challenge! If I may give an advise to the owners of Sunrise I would invest in the maintenance of the hotel to keep the condition of the rooms and general accommodation in up-to-date condition. The Sunrise Hotel in Port Ghalib is situated at the right place close to the airport and the beach and will be able to function with the present emplyees and management for many many years with full success and they really are earning full respect for their 100% dedication to the company and guests.
