Тур в Seven Days Hotel 3*

I was impressed by the checking in experience the staff attitude was good very smiling and engaging. However the accommodation is nothing what it seems on the website. It's very similar to that of a hostel with frills. The room sizes are OK with the fact that I had to change rooms twice. I was not sure if it was part of a tactical plan to make me feel as I was being upgraded from a basement room to room with a window then moved to another room because apparently my booking was for a budget room. The television remote don't work or no batteries. The air conditioning in the room was poor despite the units looked new. No kettles or tea/coffee facilities neither was their a refrigerator in room. The bed sheets had hairs all over. Breakfast... was classed as a minimal service they might have not served it. It was absolutely horrible. Had to cut my stay short by 5 days due to quarantine regulations and was not offered a partial refund. Will not be staying there in the future.

Nice hotel, budget hotel, suitable for single and families. location near tram but there is a down way 5min to the hotel. the receptionist Mr. Ahmad and Mr. Hassan are very professionals. 👍🏼👍🏼

The hotel is in the very center of Istanbul. Rooms are clean and cozy, Administrator was very friendly and gave us the best room in hotel without price changing. Everything was perfect
