Massive rooms, good comfortable beds, nice location of the hotel, walking distance from beach and markets. Great food and decent big, clean swimming pool.

We encountered 2 power outages in Room 307. Had to change room (only after we requested for it) in the middle of the night after a long and tiring day. Staff didn’t seem to know what to do about the power outage. The new room (311) we were given was nothing like the Deluxe Double Room photos shown on website (but our old room 307 was the same as website photos). It was a disappointing downgrade. Bed was too soft and pillows in Room 311 were very uncomfortable and different from those in our first room (307). My watch was stolen from my room on the day we asked for housekeeping to be done. The safe box in the room was not working. I’ve seen other reviews reporting cases of theft of money and phone from other travellers about this property. It seems the theft is random and happens once in a while. Please do not book this property if you don’t want your things to be stolen! The hotel will NOT do anything about it nor offer any compensation of sorts (see screenshots of my convo with hotel management). they are NOT keen in customer service and instead, will accuse you of being UNSURE about your memory (who remembers everything down to such details on a holiday, seriously?? it is only logical for my first instinct to be to request to check the previous room i have stayed in since i couldn’t find it in the new room - before i accuse anyone of theft)

Хорошее расположение, спокойно, уютно. Красивый номер де люкс, не новый. Завтрак мне одинаковый. Слишком мягкая кровать((( Зеркала в номере не моют, это странно, хотя душевая блестит. В целом достойный отель👌
